Legal Assistance

Here are several exemptions or methods to fight back against this vaccine mandate.

It is recommended that you use a medical or religious exemption. You do not have to be a member of a specific religion to get a religious exemption. A religion is defined by law as “a strongly held belief.” You do not need your exemption to be signed by a minister, but in case your work is asking for that, we have a signed one available to download. Some employers will deny the exemption, but when pressed, will honor it. Allow the process to roll out. In a worst case scenario, it is better to have them fire you than to quit because you can join a lawsuit and win on Constitutional grounds. Of course, if you do find other employment, quitting may be your best option. This is a very personal decision. We’re always here to help. The Supreme Court recently ruled that businesses have to accommodate religious rights.

Exemptions

You can seek two exemptions as an employee: Medical or Religious. We encourage you to question your employer using the following document first.  https://www.coreysdigs.com/solutions/ You can also ask your employer to sign the “Assumption of Liability” from https://defendingtherepublic.org/.

Medical Exemptions:

The medical exemption is one you get from your doctor because you have an allergy to an ingredient in the vaccines or you have a history of reacting to vaccines. This exemption is supported by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Religious Exemptions:

The religious exemption is for anyone who does not believe in this vaccine. You can verbally claim this exemption. If your school or employer wants paperwork, please visit the following sites for specifics on documentation. The Healthy American group will complete your paperwork for you for a small fee. This exemption is supported by the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Peggy Hall is the person that runs The Healthy American. She has several free resources and is a one stop shop!*
